Refund policy

All sales are final. We do offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

To start an exchange, email us at maincharacter13@icloud.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

 

Shipping

Orders are processed and ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at maincharacter13@icloud.com if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in addition to the exchange policy above. The item must be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Character Development reserves the right to deny exchanges that don't meet the above conditions.
